We all crave stillness. Quietude. And yet how many of the quiet spaces of our lives are we filling with the unnecessary? What prevents us from switching off? How can we feel truly at rest? And what would happen if we allowed more space into our lives?

Dynamic sequences

Serene can still be bright and alert. These sequences are designed for times when you feel energised to harness that energy to help you bring further health and vitality to your body while at the same time settling excess stress or anxiety. They are designed to help address many of the common areas of muscle tightness and weakness, joint immobility and instability that over time if left unaddressed can lead to greater physical unease.

Relaxation sequences

A great opportunity for ‘me time’ and a great antidote to when you feel busy or depleted. These help promote sleep and a sense of connection between mind and body. Physically they enhance flexibility and help the body discover it’s way back into harmony and equilibrium.
