ENJOY A DELICIOUS, NOURISHING MINDFUL MOVEMENT, MEDITATION AND MEAL
In the midst of our fast-paced city lifestyles it can be challenging to stay connected to reality. When we’re on autopilot it’s easy to miss out on the earthy joys of feeling like we’re fully inhabiting our bodies, of meaningful communion with like-minded others, and of fully tasting and appreciating the deliciousness inherent within each moment. It’s easy to lose touch with the sacredness of the every day.
Like yoga and mindfulness, good cooking is all about connection. As we move and dine together we relax into a way of being that promotes restoration of the body towards it’s full strength, facilitates synthesis of new ideas, inspiration and feelings of empathy, and that generates a life-affirming sense of presence in the world as we blur the boundaries between sun and soil, food, taste, and regeneration. We find a deep sense of nourishment and rootedness in our lives.
Join us in a celebration of being to lift your week and elevate your sense of the specialness of life. We start with a grounding, sensuous yoga-based movement session and guided mindfulness-based meditation led by Wellness Guru Natalie Morrison followed by a conscious, loving meal of expertly-crafted vegetarian dishes created by the talented Chef Paola Carlini.
