Natalie Morrison x Mind house Meditation
Not your average meditation class, Mind House blends ancient practices with a modern ethos and playful approach. We host guided group meditations that are simple, but potent; serious, but fun. Our meditation classes are an easy and powerful way to learn, practice, and experience self-care at its best.
This evening's class is located in central London at the exclusive members' club – LIBRARY in Covent Garden. A hub for creativity, the LIBRARY is well known for its innovative programmes, and is welcoming members (and a few non-members) to experience their hidden urban sanctuary.
The class will consist of a brief talk on meditation/mindfulness and seating postures, to be followed by a guided 30-minute group meditation. We will explore various meditation practices, blending together different techniques in one class (in the signature Mind House style) so that they are accessible, rewarding, and sustainable.
This session is perfect for those that want to learn a new practice or refresh an exisiting one! So come round, sit down, relax, and #MindTheHead.
What to expect:
7:00pm - Doors open.
7:05pm - Doors closes and meditation/talk begins.
7:40pm - Meditation ends. Hang out for a casual Q&A.
7:45pm - Event ends.
Various chairs will be available, and are first come, first served. This event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket) because it can get chilly when you meditate. Meditators are welcome to bring their own meditation cushion or mat if they wish, as some floor space will be available. Please note, the event room may vary due to availability.
