Not your average meditation class, Mind House blends ancient practices with a modern ethos and playful approach. We host guided group meditations that are simple, but potent; serious, but fun. Our themed meditation classes are an easy and powerful way to learn, practice, and experience mindfulness at its best.
This evening's event is located in central London at the exclusive members' club – LIBRARY in Covent Garden. A hub for creativity, the LIBRARY is well known for its innovative programmes, and is welcoming members (and a few non-members) to experience their hidden urban sanctuary.
The class will consist of a brief intro talk on meditation/mindfulness and seating postures, to be followed by a guided 30-minute group meditation, and then a casual Q&A. The class theme will be Summer Lovin', where we'll take you on a guided visualisation journey (a mental summer holiday), to prepare you for the sunny season ahead. We aim to explore meditation so that it's accessible, rewarding, and sustainable,and ultimately practice using the signature Mind House mix of meditation exercises.
This session is perfect for those that want to learn a new practice or refresh their exisiting one!
