Mind Body Ecology is a system of practices Natalie has devised based on wisdom from Buddhism and tantra yoga and supported by contemporary insights spanning neuroscience and psychology, systems theory, economics, and ecology to help us discover the potential for harmony and wellbeing inherent within any given moment. Within the unique configuration of the natural ecosystems of which we comprise and are comprised, we can learn to attune to our natural state of dynamic equilibrium. We can embrace our true place in this world, as agents of joy and responsibility.
