Natalie Cristal Morrison is a wellness and performance coach. Based in London, she offers yoga classes and private yoga tuition, NLP, Personal Training, Health Coaching, Life Coaching and corporate team effectiveness training.
Natalie is an established yoga teacher, Personal Trainer, pilates instructor, mindfulness guide and health coach.
She integrates these different practices to help people discover a greater sense of freedom in their bodies and hearts. She seeks to cultivate both yin and yang elements, recognising that intuition, stillness and release are as important as strength, vitality and momentum. She teaches to a loyal following of students and clients at studios and other venues across London and internationally.
My appreciation of well-being as a harmony between many facets of the mind, body, spirit and sexuality started in my teens. I found through a combination of running, yoga, and reading introductory Buddhist and yogic texts I was able to overcome a lot of the angst and inner conflict that comes with being this age.
Throughout my early twenties I continued my yoga and running to varying degrees but more or less forgot about my health, preferring to travel, develop a "successful" corporate career and generally enjoy the work hard play hard London lifestyle.
There came a point where I suddenly realised something had to change. I'd gained weight, was developing sciatica, was generally very unhealthy, unbalanced hormonally and emotionally, and had a strong sense that I just wasn't on the right path in my career. I longed to be able to move with a sense of freedom in my body and to feel content.
I trained as yoga teacher in 2014 and subsequently started teaching all around London. My dedication to serving others by promoting well-being deepened in the process. Recognising that well-being comes from all aspects of one's life, I dramatically broadened my skill set to include NLP / life coaching, Nutrition and Health Coaching, Personal Training, Pilates and Mindfulness in order to offer an integrated approach to wellness. I value each of these aspects deeply and continue to learn and cross-pollinate what I am able to share across these disciplines.
I now have the honour of teaching yoga, pilates and mindfulness at many studios and venues across London and coach and train a wide variety of private clients to develop their well-being. I also host workshops and retreats around the UK and internationally.
