Natalie is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, health coach, and advocate for social change for the well-being of society and the environment.
Her approach blends ancient and contemporary practices that cultivate our vitality, mental and physical awareness and our connection with the world. By honing our ability to slow down our pace and find a sense of stillness and presence, and by developing our sense of what's possible through energizing and strengthening movement practices, Natalie's teaching inspires a gradual awakening of, and shift towards, the fullness of our potential.
She teaches to a loyal following of students and clients at studios, workplaces, private homes and other venues across London and internationally.
Natalie's appreciation of well-being as a harmony between many facets of the mind, body, spirit and our place in the world started in her teens. She found through a combination of yoga, and reading introductory Buddhist, philosophical and yogic texts that she was able to find a sense of grounding and direction at this often difficult age. Inspired, she moved to London to study Philosophy and Economics at the London School of Economics.
In her twenties she had a successful corporate career in media, advertising and technology as a Program Manager but increasingly began to feel she had lost direction and the sense of satisfaction which comes with doing what you love and are passionate about. Dusting off her yoga and meditation practice felt like returning home.
She trained as yoga teacher in 2014 and subsequently started teaching all over London. Her dedication to serving others by promoting well-being deepened in the process. Recognizing that well-being comes from all aspects of one's life, she dramatically broadened her formal training to include teaching meditation to others, NLP / life coaching, nutrition and health coaching, Personal Training, and pilates along with continued yoga teacher training in order to offer a rich and integrated approach to mental and physical well-being.
Natalie now teaches yoga, pilates and mindfulness at many studios and venues across London and coach and train a wide variety of private clients to develop their well-being. Natalie hosts workshops and retreats around the UK and internationally.
